Every purchase helps us plant the forests of the future. To thank you for your support we are excited to share our experience turning forest-ingredients into delicious flavors. We are offering unique foods and gifts like acorn flour, chestnut flour, Sage's cookbook, artwork, and more.
Our dream for the Hudson Valley is acorns and hickory nuts cascading down with the autumn leaves, sap dripping from the winter taps, birds nesting in spring's stretching branches, and mushrooms sprouting in the summer shade at the base of giant giving trees. We can already feel the power of the giving trees taking root... But in case you need a little taste - our acorn and chestnut flours, maple syrup, roasted chestnuts, acorn ice cream, and fresh apple cider should do the trick.
